Processing Time
Items are typically packaged 1-2 business days after an order is placed and are shipped via USPS or UPS. Please allow until after 5pm CST for tracking to be updated once the carrier receives the item. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday or on holidays will not be shipped until next business day.

Free Domestic Ground Standard Shipping on orders over $75 USD. Your SUBTOTAL must be more than $75 for the discount to apply. Shipping fees will apply to orders outside of USA. (Please note: During a large sale, shipping fees may apply to any order amount.)
FREE Local Pickup
You can checkout online and pickup in store. If items are in stock in store, expect it to be ready same day during business hours. If items are in our warehouse, please allow us 24 hours to bring it to our in store location.

Possible Shipping Delays
We do our best to ensure timely processing and shipping of all orders. Please keep in mind once item is in the hands of the carrier, we no longer have control of the delivery date and time. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly to inquire about your order. We do not send replacement items or discounts for delays.
Lost or Stolen Package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. When an order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (in transit), we are no longer responsible for the order. Tracking numbers are provided and customer is responsible for tracking and inquiring about the package by contacting the carrier (USPS or UPS) We do not replace stolen packages.
